1Refund and Cancellation Policy for Prescription Products
- If a TruMeds provider doesn’t approve treatment for you, you won’t be charged.
- You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as a provider hasn’t reviewed it yet.
- After 24 hours, or once the pharmacy starts preparing your order, it can’t be canceled.
- You can cancel refills anytime, but we can’t refund medication you’ve already received.
- We don’t accept returns or exchanges of prescription products, except for wrong medication, damaged or defective products, or orders that never shipped. In those cases, we’ll replace your order or refund you in full.
- Contact us at info@trumeds.us within 48 hours of delivery if there’s a problem with your order.
- All prescriptions are subject to pharmacist verification.
